How long will it take for my jewelry to reach me?

Each piece is made to order and requires 5–10 working days for preparation before shipping.

Shipping within Germany is handled by DHL (2–4 business days). International delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs regulations.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
To which countries do you ship your treasures?

We ship worldwide, wherever possible. If your country does not appear at checkout, simply reach out to hello@comorio.com and we’ll find a solution.
What are the shipping costs for my order?

Shipping is handled via DHL with tracking. The costs depend on the destination:

  • Within Germany: DHL parcel with tracking (€6,19).
    Free shipping on all orders over €180.
  • Within the EU: DHL international parcel (usually €14,49, but rate depends on the country).
  • Worldwide: DHL international parcel (usually around €19,49 - €26,49 but rate depends on the country).

The exact shipping fee for your order will be shown at checkout.
Can I return my piece if it doesn’t feel right for me?

You may return your order within 14 days if you are not fully happy with your piece. Please contact me at hello@comorio.com shortly after receiving your order, and I will guide you through the return process. Your payment will be refunded via the same method once the return has arrived.
Who covers the cost of a return?

Return shipping costs need to be covered by you.
What materials are your pieces made of?

All jewelry is crafted from solid 925 sterling silver. Silver is one of the most valuable and oldest metals used for jewelry. Silver is denser and heavier than many other metals. Solid silver does not wear off; it can always be cleaned and polished again.

All comorio pieces carry a noticeable heaviness in the hand and on the body. This solid feel is part of their enduring value, making each design both precious and long-lasting.

All designs can be made in solid 585 Gold (14k) or 750 Gold (18K). Therefore please reach out to hello@comorio.com 
Can I wear my pieces in the water?

Normal water does not affect silver, so you can wear your pieces in the water or during sports. Please note, however, that saltwater, chlorine or sweat may cause the surface to become matt or accelerate tarnishing.

Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time, a soft darkening that highlights its character. This oxidation process may occur more quickly when the piece is exposed to air and moisture.

This is entirely up to you and your personal preference.
Where are your jewelry pieces created?

Each piece is a handmade creation, created either through the lost-wax or sand-casting process in Hamburg, Germany and carefully refined by hand in my atelier.
Do you offer comorio gift cards?

Yes, you’ll find the gift card in the shop menu. If you have any special wishes for your comorio gift card, simply reach out to hello@comorio.com.
